Tears streamed down Ruby's face as she watched her friends, one by one, fall to the mighty power of the Shadow Galactica. Its leader, Sailor Galaxia, stood above them all, laughing as she watched the carnage. Ruby cried out, trying her best to protect her loved ones to no avail. She wasn't strong enough. Galaxia only grinned down at her.

"Poor Lamb," she cooed, "You and your kind are simply no match for us. Your powers are nowhere near great enough yet. But...if you come with us, come with me, I can GIVE you all the power you desire. Power enough to save your precious family. Save your precious friends...." The woman dressed in gold extended her hand to the young girl. "Isn't that what you want?"

The compulsion had been too strong to deny. She had been so exhausted, so drained and so broken. 

Shining Sailor Ruby Salamander died that night.

Sailor Rubidium Salamander was born in the wake of bloody chaos. 

And her want was great.....

Sailor Rubidium Salamander is a bouncy, extremely flirty and manipulative little cutie. Aged up to 19 in this form, she uses her sexuality, looks and personality to get everything she wants. She is very materialistic and loves attention. She is a HUGE tease, using everyone and anyone who will let her get away with her antics without actually giving back to anyone. She allows little touches, even some little kisses, but no-one has ever gotten any farther than that with her. Some have tried, and they've always been burned. Literally. 

Despite her seeming selfishness, she make friends fairly easily, and those whom she does truly enjoy the company of, she will use her tactics to get them what they want as well. She likes gifting things to those she likes very often, and even in this form, she loves it when someone plays with her hair. 

She does enjoy combat, perhaps a little too much, preferring to toy around a bit with her prey before finishing them off. 

Beware her temper. No-one can quite gauge what sets her off, as it can be random at times, but to say she's explosive would be an understatement.

Rubidium is a very soft, ductile, silvery-white metal. It is the second most electropositive of the non-radioactive alkali metals and melts at a temperature of 39.3 °C (102.7 °F). Similar to other alkali metals, rubidium metal reacts violently with water. As with Potassium (which is slightly less reactive) and Caesium (which is slightly more reactive), this reaction is usually vigorous enough to ignite the hydrogen gas it produces. Rubidium has also been reported to ignite spontaneously in air.

Man on man, I didn't think I'd be able to sneak this in. XD I waffled on her outfit for so long, not wanting it to be overly sexualized and keeping her cute demeanor intact. Finally found some fun fluffy things! And man oh man, I had SO MUCH FUN with her fluffy skirt. XDD She loves flouncing around and being fluffy lol *fluffs the skirt more*
